This is 3rd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, on 2nd occasion while rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner this court had directed the court below to take steps for expeditious disposal of the case. By order dated 22.7.2015, a report was called for from the court below, which has been received and kept at flag "A". The report indicates that till date out of 12 charge sheeted prosecution witnesses 7 have already been examined and the case is fixed for further evidence. In view of fact that trial is proceeding expeditiously, there no ground for renewal of the prayer for bail. The petition stands rejected.
