Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 620 of 2020, dated 06.12.2020 lodged under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the allegation of snatching Rs.90,000/- and Mobile phone is against six unknown accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of petitioner has been figured in this case by virtue of confessional statement of the co-accused. He further submits that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of petitioner. He also submits that the co-accused person of this has

No. 974 of 2022 to whom the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has been pleased to grant anticipatory bail vide order dated 21.07.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is one criminal case pending against the petitioner, in which, he is on bail and he is in custody since 16.11.2022.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateI, Sherghati, District Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 620 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
