Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

No.30700 of 2015 (4) dt.14-10-2015 Neither petitioners are named in the first information report nor anything was recovered from their conscious possession and it appears that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioners. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Ara Nawada P.S.
