Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 387, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is assailant of Sanjay Yadav by causing firearm injury. Petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2015. It appears that in the past, thrice prayer for bail was refused by this Court with direction to the learned trial Judge to expedite the trial.

The report of the learned trial Judge dated 11.03.2019 reveals that the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of six months and the same has not been concluded up-till-now as the original postmortem report and injury report was not available on the record.

No.7702 of 2019(4) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No. 185 of 2016 corresponding to Salkhua Police Station Case No. 246 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
