2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 65 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376(D)(B) of the Indian Penal Code; Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act and Section 2(va) of the SC/ST Act.

3. The allegation is of committing gang rape against the petitioners and the victim, who is a minor, has supported the case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the report of the doctor does not support the prosecution

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7309 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 case. The petitioners are in jail since 24.04.2023

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
