Mr Ashish Kr Lal, AC to GA V ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-07-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Deputy Inspector General, Bihar Military Police (DIG, BMP for short), North Mandal, Muzaffarpur is a necessary party in the instant proceedings since appeal of the petitioner against the punishment order dated 16.08.2010 terminating the petitioner's services is pending consideration before the said DIG, BMP. In view of the prayer made to this extent in IA No 1 of 2019, the DIG, BMP, North Mandal, Muzaffarpur is permitted to be impleaded as respondent No 7 to this instant proceeding.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13448 of 2014(2) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 Petitioner's counsel submits that he would pursue his appeal before respondent No 7.

With liberty, as aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of.
