In view of the prayer made to this extent in IA No 1 of 2019, the DIG, BMP, North Mandal, Muzaffarpur is permitted to be impleaded as respondent No 7 to this instant proceeding.
Patna High Court CWJC No.13448 of 2014(2) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 Petitioner's counsel submits that he would pursue his appeal before respondent No 7.
With liberty, as aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of.
