The petitioner seeks bail in Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 115 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and other accused persons were arrested and from the possession of the petitioner Naresh Ram three cartridges were recovered for that he is in jail since 30.01.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Bathnaha P.S.
