Patna High Court MJC No.2298 of 2017 (3) dt.03-01-2018 to the petitioner to remove the defects pointed out by the Registry, but due to inadvertent error in calculation, the defects pointed out by the Registry could be removed after two days of the expiry of the stipulated time. He submitted that the delay caused in removing the defect was neither deliberate nor intentional.
Be that as it may, having regard to the submissions made above, on the facts and in the circumstances of the case, the prayer is allowed.
Let C.W.J.C. No.9053 of 2017 be restored to its original file.
