Mr.S.S.P.Yadav -Sc14 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Following is the relief, sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application:

"For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) for commanding upon the respondent No. 3 for payment of agreed and accepted interest amount of Rs.

98400/- (Rupees ninety eight thousand four hundred only) i.e. 6% per annum of Rs. 27,19,900/- for duration of 220 days, arisen out of order dated 03-09-2015 passed in CWJC No. 23051 of 2011 and categorically stated in para No. 6 of supplementary show cause filed in MJC No. 754 of 2016".

Considering the relief sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a detail

Patna High Court CWJC No.1112 of 2019(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 representation before the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Division, Gaya (respondent No. 3) within a period of 30 days from today. The respondent No. 3 shall examine the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
