JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that having more or less similar allegation co-accused Vinod Das was granted bail by learned court below itself, but without taking note of the aforesaid fact the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Jamui. Taking note of the aforesaid facts and considering that petitioner is in jail custody since 20.11.2014. and one co-accused having similar allegation has already been granted privilege of bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-IV,
