JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2018 Mr. Krishna Kant Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application, which was filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from the public road appertaining to Khata No. 1495, Plot No.5895, situated in Village - Madhubani, P.S. Sangrampur, District-East Champaran.

In view of the respectful stand of the Counsels for the parties, the application is permitted to be withdrawn. Accordingly, it is disposed of as withdrawn.
