2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section(s) 366A/34/of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appers that the victim girl was on the verge of attaining majority and was in relationship with the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 12.09.2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI, Sheikhpura/concerned Court below in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 208 of 2022.
