2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 35839 of 2024 but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the fresh ground that co-accused Rohit Kumar @ Rohit Singh in whose confessional statement, the name of the petitioner figured, has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 89931 of 2024 and the case of the petitioner is on better footing to that of co-accused Rohit Kumar @ Rohit Singh. The petitioner is under custody for a period of ten months.

3. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4895 of 2025(2) dt.17-03-2025 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-17, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.
