The petitioner seeks bail in Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 345/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 372 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant Dasu Chauhan alleged that his daughter was sold by Mina Devi, the petitioner, in Rajasthan. The victim returned and made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. The victim disclosed that the parents of Usha Kumari taken her and also kept her in the house of brother of Mina Devi and on request she kept the victim in her house. The husband of the petitioner Chhedi Chauhan has already been enlarged on bail. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above
