JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and one co-accused were caught with stolen motorcycle of the present case but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that co-accused Shekhar Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail and investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S.Case No. 336 of 2015.
