Co-accused Ranjeet Mishra was caught by the police and on interrogation, he disclosed the name of the petitioner as his associate. Admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and having similar allegation co-accused Sunil Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur District Madhubani in phulparas P.S. Case no. 07/2015.
