The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 370 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under different sections of Immoral Traffic Act.

The petitioner was arrested with his wife from Room No. 109 of a rest house.

It is submitted that the petitioner did not bring any other girl and he was with his wife but even then the petitioner was apprehended by the police.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
