Petitioner is in custody in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner and informant are gotias and there is case and counter case on account of land dispute.

The petitioner is in custody since 3.11.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is case and counter case, the

Case No. 183 of 2019.
