Petitioners are in jail custody since 26.03.2014 in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 364, 504/34 of the IPC. Initially, informant did not disclose names of these petitioners at the time of institution of the present case but subsequently, it appears that vide order dated 25.03.2014 names of the petitioners were added in formal FIR on the basis of further statement of the informant.

Although informant claimed about involvement of the petitioners in the alleged crime but taking note of this fact that at the time of institution of this case, informant did not disclose names of these petitioners and petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to
