The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2021, registered for offence punishable under Sections 392, 397 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

While robbing the deceased, the petitioner and another shot the father of the informant.

In view of the above fact, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District and Session Judge, Muzaffarpur for its compliance
