Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but he along with two others were made accused in Turkauliya P.S. Case no. 379/2014 and firearms as well as stolen motorcycle of the present case were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and his associates. Turkauliya police lodged Turkauliya P.S. Case no. 379/2014 for the offence under the Arms Act in which the petitioner was granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 13.3.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 9575/2015. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from joint possession of the petitioner and two others and so far as criminal antecedent of the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha District West Champaran in Tr.
