Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but he along with two others were made accused in Turkauliya P.S. Case no. 379/2014 and firearms as well as stolen motorcycle of the present case were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and his associates. Turkauliya police lodged Turkauliya P.S. Case no. 379/2014 for the offence under the Arms Act in which the petitioner was granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 13.3.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 9575/2015.
