2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. Allegation is that all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners kidnapped informant's minor daughter who is still traceless.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioners are named in the FIR with specific allegation of kidnapping of a minor girl who is still traceless, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
