IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA
Criminal Miscellaneous No.23868 of 2016 Arising Out of PS.Case No. -84 Year- 2007 Thana -SARAN GRP CASE District- SARAN ====================================================== Ram Sakhi Devi wife of Sheo Jee Dasil @ Sadhu Jee, resident of MohallaShyam Chak, P.S.- Bhagwan Bazar, District- Saran .... .... Petitioner/s
Versus
The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sushil Kumar Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Gopesh Kumar(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 19-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.P.P. for the State.
Seen the report submitted by the learned lower court wherefrom it is evident that petitioner including other co-accused intend to file criminal miscellaneous before the High Court against the order of refusal to discharge.
That being so, the delay is at their end themselves. However, considering the status of the petitioner as well as having prayer rejected at an earlier occasion, I do not see to reconsider the same.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23868 of 2016 (4) dt.19-10-2016 2/2 Instant petition is rejected.
