2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

"That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 22.12.2025 passed in Appeal Case no. 12/2023 by the District Programme Officer cum First Appellate Authority, Patna by which the Appeal filed by the Respondent no.- 5 has been allowed and the selection of the petitioner has been cancelled and further for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus And/ Or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on her post of Anganwari Sevika of

Patna High Court CWJC No.3102 of 2026(2) dt.23-04-2026 2/2 Anganwari Centre no. 298 situated in ward no. 13 of Gram Panchayat Jhamru Imamganj, P.S.- Khirimore, Block-Paliganj, District- Patna and to pay her all consequential benefits."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that soon after filing of the writ application, the petitioner also filed an appeal before the Divisional Commissioner which was registered as Anganwari Appeal Case no.6 of 2026 in the month of March, 2026. Learned counsel prays that the writ application be disposed of directing the Divisional Commissioner to decide the appeal at the earliest.

4. In case the appeal as stated above has been filed by the petitioner before the Divisional Commissioner, he shall decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. The writ application stands disposed of.
