Admittedly, petitioner is brother-in-law of the informant and there was land dispute between the parties. Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.05.2014 in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of injury said to be sustained by the informant, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzafarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.Case No. 246 of 2014.
