Mr.Nagendra Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 16-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of J.P. University through video conferencing.

The petitioner in this writ petition sought directions of this Court (i) for payment of Group Insurance with interest @ 12.5% till the date of final payment (ii) difference of arrear of pay and allowance after fixation of salary under the 5th P.R.C. with effect from 01.04.2000 to 31.12.2000 with statutory/penal interest and (iii) consequential benefits of the 6th P.R.C. made applicable w.e.f. 01.01.2006.

Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no.2 and 3. Respondents No.4, 5 and 6 have filed counter affidavit as

From perusal of the counter affidavit, it appears that the petitioner has already been paid all his dues of Group Insurance, difference of arrear of salary and other allowance after implementation of 6th pay revision from 01.01.2006. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition can be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if the petitioner has got any grievance, the petitioner may file detailed representation before the Registrar, J.P. University who shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of such representation.

Having considered the facts and submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I dispose of this writ petition with direction that if the petitioner has got any amount lying due of any head, the petitioner may file detailed representation before the Registrar, J.P. University and thereupon the Registrar, J.P. University having been received such representation dispose of the representation of the petitioner within two months thereafter by a reasoned order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
