Petitioner is accused in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 423 of 2017 registered under Sections 35, 38, 41 of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no recovery of illicit liquor from conscious possession of this petitioner. It is alleged in the written report that recovery has been made from the house of Kamlesh Ram @ Kamunist Ram, Ravindra Patel and Harendra Patel which is apparent from the seizure list enclosed with the FIR. Petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2018 having clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8830 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 423 of 2017. Both the bailor will be close relative of petitioner.
