2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is general and omnibus allegation of firing against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2023 having clean antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
