Taking into consideration that petitioner and other accused made indiscriminate firings causing death of four persons and injuring one person and also this aspect of the matter that the petitioner carries criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Khirimore P.S.
