This application has been filed for quashing of the First information Report filed by the Opposite Party no.2 being Mahila P.S Case no. 108 of 2021 dated 05.09.2021 against the petitioner's u/s 323, 498 A and 34 of IPC since a compromise has been reached out between the Petitioner no.3 and the Opposite Party No.2.

The prosecution story in short is that the informant was married on 30.01.2015 with the petitioner. Soon after the marriage, she went to her matrimonial home where she was subjected to torture and harassment due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Thereafter, the informant went with the

After few days, the informant went to her in-law's house at Ranchi and a baby was born out of the wedlock on 20.04.2017 and again she was tortured at her matrimonial house for dowry and she was ousted her from the house. The petitioner is not ready to keep his wife and the baby.

In view of the settlement between the parties, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the litigation pending. The F.I.R. of Mahila P.S. Case No. 108 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/498-A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code is quashed against all the accused persons.
