2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 392 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 317(5), 318(4) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, a stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner is in jail since 30.10.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9495 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 392 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Mahua Police Station on every Sunday of each month.
