The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014 for the offence registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The police raided the house of co-accused Malti Devi and Dinesh Manjhi, from where, different articles, said to be stolen, were recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Malti Devi and except that, there is no
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34725 of 2014 (4) dt.16-01-2015 2/2 material to show the involvement of the petitioner. Considering the facts that except the confessional statement of co-accused Malti Devi, police did not collect any tangible evidence to show the involvement of the petitioner, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014.
