JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 The writ application cannot be entertained for the simple reason that the petitioner has got an alternative and equally efficacious remedy under the provisions of Secularization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002. The petitioner has moved this Court against the demand notice alone. The writ application is, thus, not entertained but liberty is granted to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum in an appropriate jurisdiction for redressal of his grievance. The petitioner may file an application before the appropriate forum within a period of 30 days from today, till expiry of that 30 days period no coercive action shall be taken
