JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 726(C) of 2016 disclosing offences under Sections 420, 465, 466/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against the petitioner that he purchased the land from the accused no.1, which is not his land. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that even according to the complaint petition, he is only a purchaser and police has submitted final form, but cognizance has been taken by the learned Magistrate.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4081 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai, in connection with Complaint Case No. 726(C) of 2016.
