Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sikta P.S.Case No.77 of 2019 dated 16.9.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is about abduction of the informant .
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact she had gone on her own sweet-will as she had love affair with the petitioner and she appeared before the Marriage Registrar, which will appear from Annexure-2 but later on, on the pressure of her family members, the false implication has been alleged against the petitioner. She is

Having heard both sides and in view of submissions as made above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the2020 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sikta P.S.Case No.77 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that he will cooperate in the investigation and will appear as and when required.
