The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that unknown persons have robbed his motor cycle and other belongings. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Shiv Lal Rathore but no looted article was recovered nor the petitioner was put on T. I. parade although he is in jail since 12.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S.
