The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case no. 293 of 2018, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of the sister of the informant by her husband, mother-in-law and brother-in-law due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by pressing her neck.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and she used to reside separate to the husband of the deceased, but she has falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, Rajesh

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 293 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
