The present application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities particularly the respondent no.4, Block Development Officer, Benipur, Darbhanga to revise the pay scale of the petitioner as per order contained in Memo No.1816 dated 12.11.2021 as the salary of the petitioner has been reduced unexpectedly without assigning any reason though Memo No.1816 is regarding increment of salary of the teachers by 15% and for any other relief to which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case. 3.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.2420 of 2025(2) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 that the petitioner had filed representation before the authority concerned but no order has been passed on it till date. 4.
Considering the reliefs sought by the petitioner, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation along with a copy of this order and other supporting documents, before the respondent no.4 within a period of thirty days from today and the respondent no.4 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the representation of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within one month from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner.

It is made clear that respondent no.4 shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
