2. The petitioners are in custody since 28.03.2016 in connection with alleged offences under Sections 363 and 366A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sonebarsa P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated merely because they happen to be the parents of Ramji Rai.

4. From the order of the learned Additional District Judge-II, Sitamarhi rejecting the bail petition of the petitioners, it appears that he perused the case diary from which complicity of the petitioners appears to be supported. The victim girl said to be 15 years of age has not yet been recovered nor has the son of the

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Bail petition stands dismissed.
