Petitioner is not named in the first information report and admittedly, the name of this petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Vishwajeet Chaudhary. Petitioner is in jail custody for near about nine months but up till now he has not been put on test identification parade and except the criminal antecedent against the petitioner there appears to be nothing against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial
