Mr. Amish Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submits that in view of subsequent development, the present writ application has become infructuous, as the petitioner has already challenged the subsequent development i.e. the subsequent order by way of separate writ petition.
In view of the above, the present writ application has lost its utility and, as such, it is disposed of as infructuous. It goes without saying that the subsequent order gave
