====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This is second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier the petition, filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner, was disposed of by a bench of this Court with direction to surrender and seek regular bail vide order dated 8.11.2012, passed in Cr.Misc. No.27599/2012.

3. After more than 12 years of passing of previous order, this second anticipatory bail petition is filed on the ground of compromise.

4. There is no explanation for inordinate delay of 12 years in moving this case. Simply because compromise took place between the parties in a case of dowry death, that cannot explain the delay and furnish fresh ground for renewal of bail. In this regard, reference is made to the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Anr., reported in 2021 SCC Online SC 176.

5. Present second anticipatory bail petition is according dismissed as not maintainable.
