The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kanti (Panapur) P.S. case No.434 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and on confession he has been named in this case though allegation appears to be serious in nature.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 26.10.2019 except the confession there is nothing against him and the charge sheet has already been submitted.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.4706 of 2020(4) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S DJM, (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti (Panapur) P.S.Case No.434 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
