This writ application has been filed for issuance of writ/order/direction to the respondents for payment of current

Patna High Court CWJC No.2587 of 2020 dt.16-10-2020 2/2 and arrear of salary in revised scale i.e. Rs. 4000-6000 in place of current pay scale Rs. 3050-4500 to the petitioners from the date of joining in light of the order passed by Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 17151 of 2018 dated 03.10.2018 and LPA no. 167 of 2016 dated 23.06.2017 and for consequential benefits. Counsel for parties are in agreement that this writ petition is squarely covered by a judgement passed by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 167 of 2016. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is allowed with a direction to respondents to grant similar benefits to the petitioners have in as has been granted to appellants of the LPA No. 167/2016.

The entire exercise should be completed within a period of six months from today.
