2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"I. For issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents authorities to delete
Patna High Court CWJC No.11636 of 2017(2) dt.28-04-2025 2/3 the name of private respondent no. 12 from the Revenue Register II who is fictitious and his name has been added in the same by the office amlas by committing forged with the conspiracy of respondent no.11.
II. For issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondent authorities to add the name of petitioner and other legal heirs of late Qurban as the land in question has been running in the name of Qurban and after consolidation (chak) Khatiyan has been prepared in his name.
III. For issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents authorities to not to interfere in the peaceful possession and occupation of the petitioner upon the land in question.
IV. Any other relief or reliefs be granted in favour of the petitioner as Your Lordships may deem fit and proper."
3. During the pendency of the petition, it is on record that the petitioner has filed Title Suit.
