Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 25.06.2020 and period of four weeks was granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below, but due to lock down petitioner could not surrender before the court below as he is residing in Rohtas and has to surrender before Civil Court, Danapur, and the period of four weeks has expired. He has further prayed that the petitioner be granted some more time to surrender before the court below.

In view of above, petitioner is granted further 8 weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6520 of 2020(4) dt.05-10-2020 2/2 time to surrender before the court below.

The order dated 25.06.2020 is modified to the extent indicated above.
