2. The following order was passed on 23.05.2023: "Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.
Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioners seeks bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 595 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 147, 148, 149 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code also Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
The deceased was brutally assaulted by the petitioners and other co-accused and he sustained twelve injuries and during treatment he died. In view of the facts, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

The Court below is directed to expedite the trial."
3. No ground for review of earlier order is made out. This application is accordingly, dismissed.
