Admittedly, the victim has returned to his home safely and made his statement u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. The victim stated in his statement that he was kidnapped by four unknown persons and after that, he was taken away to Jammu, where after sometime, he was released by his kidnappers and thereafter, he worked in Punjab and after sometime, he returned to his home.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named-above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Araria (Madanpur) P.S. Case No. 231 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
