JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is case and counter case between the parties and specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant by means of lathi. The injury report of informant reveals that informant sustained altogether five injuries and all the injuries, except one, were found simple in nature. So far as grievous injury is concerned, the same is said to have been caused by sharp cutting weapon.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri
