The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleges that Raj Narayan Singh after taking consideration amount executed sale deed with respect to land as detailed in the F.I.R. in her favor but when she went to take possession, the same was objected by Prabhavati and Kalavathi on the ground that Raj Narayan Singh had earlier executed sale deed in their favor with regard to the land in question.

No.6209 of 2022(2) dt.23-08-2022 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and they have been falsely implicated in the present case, petitioners are wife and daughter of Raj Narayan Singh and it has been specifically pleaded that Raj Narayan Singh had purchased the said land from Rajmuni Devi and Chandrama Bind in the year 2002 by a registered sale deed and some land adjacent to this purchase is in the name of the petitioner and his own cousin Suryaman Singh and Suryaman Singh exchanged his share from other land hence petitioner's husband became owner of seven decimal of land out of which he executed four decimal land in favor of Prabhavati and Kalavati and rest three decimal in favor of informant, hence question of cheating does not arise, it is next submitted that even the land stands mutated in the name of the informant.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees
